great business opportunity for the scouts, coaches and brands to see the
possible future of their businesses.
Did I understood it right that thats a tournament for Players under 12 years? That sounds a bit like a basaar where Clubs / parents can Show their talents/ Kids.
ResponderEliminarYes, this is for players under 12, and every club shows his players to the rest of spain, i think is a great way for the kids to show the potential
EliminarIt is a good way for scouts to find new talents, but I think 12 year is really young. It can help the child to develop, but it will also be strange that a 12 year old will be scouted and gets pressured to be the best.
ResponderEliminarObviously that they're young, but in the world of soccer i think that you need to see the future talents from those ages, you can´t wait many time because other teams can take advance.
EliminarYeah 12 is a little bit to young maybe! But it will be an investment for the clubs. When they have young kids in the school and can ´´sell´´ them later a good professional player!
ResponderEliminarIt's basically what they try. Get the bests players for the future first team, and if they don't get to first team they can be sold or loan to other clubs
EliminarIs there a link to the tournament schedule? I cannot find anything specific.
